The process from start to completion generally follows this basic format:

1. You will fill out a basic questionnaire of your infrastructure environment.  This will provide us a “heads up” on the type of environment you have and how we may access it (remotely or in person, if required).
2. After accessing your system we will begin data collection (system, database, network) to gauge overall performance and start looking for areas of concern, risk or performance improvement.
3. Within 5-14 days of data collection (longer is better) we will provide you a comprehensive written evaluation of your environment, including risks and known areas of improvement as well as urgency.
4. If desired, Moxie Technical Services will implement requested changes outlined in evaluation report.
5. Follow-up infrastructure review within 30 days of implementation.
