Our team will perform a thorough evaluation of your technology infrastructure, examining your servers, storage and network.  We’ll dig deep into system and database performance by collecting statistics which we will benchmark against our constantly updated database of past customer environments.  Is your web application sluggish to respond?  Do reports take longer than you’d like?  A final report will be provided with detailed explanations of areas likely causing you the most concern, rated by urgency, as well as specific recommendations on how to fix and mitigate future outages or incidents.
